We truly hope our products bring you joy! But if your order isn't giving you the same happy feels as a hug-from-mom, puppy-kisses or leftover-weekend-pizza, we'll refund your money within 30 days.
To start your return, please email hello@papayareusables.com with your:
1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Product(s) you'd like to return
4. Reason for your return
And we'll send you the shipping address for you to send your items back. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Note: Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on used paper towels. Unopened paper towels in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
