Wholesale Terms
Minimum Order Requirements
Our first order/re-order minimum is 1 case of 20 units. All of our products are sold in case packs of 20. Our current lead time per wholesale order is 4 business days.
Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)
Our Suggested Retail Price is $18 USD for 1 unit of Papaya Reusable Paper Towels (2 sheets + 1 hook).
Third-Party Site / Web Commerce
Re-selling Papaya products through Amazon, eBay or Etsy is strictly prohibited. If a retailer is planning to sell Papaya products in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account. Retailers re-selling on these third-party sites will have their wholesale account terminated.
Wholesale Resources
Papaya provides several free digital resources to make selling our products even easier. Resources include hi-res product/lifestyle photos, pre-made social media stories and social media posts. Should you require any additional images, please contact us.
Retail Displays
Papaya Retail Displays are available for purchase, and are included FREE with your order of 40+ units.
Payment Methods
Once your order is finalized with our Retail Team, you’ll receive a secure invoice via Stripe, and your order will be shipped once payment is received.
Shipping Errors / Returns
If you have received damaged products, please send an email to hello@papayareusables.com with a picture of the damaged products. Our team will get in touch with you to offer a replacement or a credit.
If you have received the wrong products or missing products, please send an email to hello@papayareusables.com and our team will assist ASAP.
We do not accept any returns on wholesale orders. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are non-refundable.
